Pfizer Earns Top Score on Disability Equality Index for Fourth Consecutive Year!
The 2023 Disability Equality Index® (DEI), is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that helps companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions they can take to achieve disability inclusion and equality. This is the fourth consecutive year that Pfizer has received the “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” designation.
America's Greatest Workplaces 2023
Pfizer has been chosen as one of America's Greatest Workplaces 2023 by Newsweek! Considering the increasing importance of employee satisfaction, Newsweek — in cooperation with data research firm Pant-A Insights Group — conducted an independent study to find America's Greatest Workplaces.
Fortune World’s Most Admired Companies All-Stars 2023
For the second consecutive year, Pfizer has been ranked in the top 10 on Fortune World’s Most Admired Companies All-Stars, ranking number 8 on the list this year! The companies on this list are selected based on several criteria, including quality of management and products, social responsibility, and ability to attract talent.
Forbes Top Employers for Diversity 2022
Pfizer was ranked #34 on Forbes' annual list of America's Best Employers for Diversity. Over 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees were surveyed and pinpointed the companies they identified as most dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility 2023 Corporate Inclusion Index
Pfizer received high rankings in the 2023 Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Corporate Inclusion Index™ (CII). This research initiative measures Hispanic inclusion in the C-suite, corporate boardroom, supplier base, mid-, entry-level employee pipeline, and philanthropic sphere.

That’s why we are so proud to be recognized by Forbes as #43 on the Forbes Best Employers for Women List, which was compiled by surveying 50,000 Americans, including 30,000 women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees.
World’s Best Employers 2021
This survey by Forbes and market research company Statista involved 150,000 full-time and part-time workers around the world who work for multinational organizations. They were asked to rate how willing they were to recommend their own employers to friends and family. It’s a real honor to have made the list.

We’re proud of the strides we’re making in diversity, equity and inclusion. That’s why it was especially satisfying to be included in a Forbes/Statista survey which ranked the 500 employers that not only received the most recommendations, but also had the most diverse boards and executive ranks, and the most proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Science’s Top Employer survey celebrates and highlights the best of the best life sciences companies from the employee’s perspective. This year, it focused on change as a result of the pandemic, the adjustments employers made to their culture, and how they helped employees soar. We’re delighted to be on the list.

Proud, humbled, and honored to receive a 100% score for the 16th year on Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index of Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality! We couldn't have achieved this without the support of our over 90k colleagues, who are as diverse as the patients and communities we serve. Launched in 2002, the HRC Foundation's Corporate Equality Index has become a roadmap and benchmarking tool for U.S. businesses in the evolving field of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality in the workplace. The HRC Foundation is committed to keeping the criteria for the CEI rigorous, fair and transparent by identifying emerging best practices that improve the experiences of LGBTQ employees of participating businesses.

Forbes, 2020 America’s Best-In-State Employers
Forbes partnered with market research company, Statista, to pinpoint organizations that are most liked by employees in the United States, and ranked them by state, based on a survey of 80,000 Americans. The surveys were based on the reflections and feelings of each company’s workforce.

This survey typically highlights pharma and biotech companies’ commitment to innovation, technology and progressive cultures. In a year like no other, 2020’s Top Employers Survey not only highlighted the best working environments, but it also gave credit to those that responded most effectively to the pandemic. Pfizer Turkey competed in the 2021 Stevie International Business Awards®, which attracted 3800 nominations from 65 countries. Turkey’s ‘Bir Arada’, a social media initiative for cancer patients and their families, was a nominee in the categories of Marketing Campaign of the Year in the Health Sector – Disease Awareness and Best Social Media Use in the Health Sector.

Champion of the Year of the Diversity and Inclusion Awards
Pfizer Hellas was named Champion of the Year of the Diversity and Inclusion Awards in Greece for its wide range of outstanding DEI initiatives and practices. The awards were hosted by the Greece Diversity Charter, an European Union initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and BOUSSIAS, a leading trade publishing company in Greece. In addition, the Pfizer Refugee Leadership Initiative won the Gold Award in the Ethnicity category; and because of its exceptional impact, it also won the additional Platinum Award in the category. Other awards won: the Gold Award in the pharmaceutical industry; Gold for Training & Coaching; Silver for Networking with OPEN colleague resource group Greece chapter; and Bronze for Recruiting & Hiring.
